We will respond within the period required by applicable law. If we deny a request, our response will explain the reason and any available appeal process. To appeal, reply to our decision or email the same address with the subject "Privacy Appeal."
Lotus Cloud operates across multiple regions. Personal information may be processed in countries other than your own. Where required, we use appropriate transfer mechanisms and safeguards designed to protect personal information in accordance with applicable law.
