This Privacy Policy explains how Lotus Cloud Inc. ("Lotus Cloud," "we," "us," or "our") handles personal information when you visit lotuscloud.ai, contact us, request a demonstration, submit a business inquiry, or otherwise interact with our public website.

A separate written agreement, product notice, or customer-specific privacy notice may apply when Lotus Cloud provides contracted enterprise services. If another notice conflicts with this Policy for a specific service, the service-specific notice controls.
